Vendorised operates on a strict no refund, no return policy. By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and consents to the following terms:

• All orders are custom-manufactured upon receipt of payment. No inventory is held prior to purchase.
• Once an order is confirmed, production commences immediately and cannot be reversed, modified, or cancelled.
• Vendorised shall bear no liability for customer error including incorrect size selection, change of preference, or dissatisfaction with colour rendering due to display calibration variance.
• Delivery delays attributable to third-party logistics providers do not constitute grounds for a refund or return claim.
• Orders dispatched to an incorrect address furnished by the customer are non-refundable and non-replaceable.

Due to the print-on-demand model, size-based return or exchange requests are strictly not entertained under any circumstances.

• Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size prior to placing an order.
• A detailed size guide is available on the product page. It is the customer's obligation to review it before purchase.
• Vendorised shall bear no liability for size dissatisfaction or measurement discrepancies within standard industry tolerance (±1–2 cm).

Vendorised will exclusively consider a replacement request where the defect is directly and demonstrably attributable to our supplier. Qualifying circumstances:

• Significant print defects — ink bleed, incomplete design rendering, or erroneous design application.
• Physical garment defects constituting a manufacturing fault, evident upon first unboxing.
• Fulfilment of an incorrect item materially different from the confirmed order.

Eligible claims must be raised within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted beyond this window will not be entertained.

1. Do not use or wash the item. Any post-delivery use voids the claim entirely.
2. Document the defect with clear photographs showing the item, defect, original packaging, and shipping label — all in the same frame.
3. Submit your claim to support@vendorised.store with your order ID, photographs, and a description of the defect.
4. Await review. Vendorised will assess the claim within 3–5 business days. The determination shall be final and binding.

Every product at Vendorised is made to order — your tee is printed fresh, just for you. Fulfilment (production + quality check) takes 1 business day before it's handed off to the courier. Delivery timelines below start after fulfilment.

Once your order ships, your tracking number will be automatically sent to you on WhatsApp on the phone number you provided while ordering. 📲

If your order hasn't arrived within the window above and there's no valid reason from the courier's end, we've got you — no cap. Your choice of:

• Extreme weather events, natural disasters, or public disruptions.
• Courier delays during high-demand periods like festivals or sale events.
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout.
• Failed delivery attempts due to the recipient being unavailable.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

Colours or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device type and settings. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Vendorised reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until Vendorised confirms acceptance and receives payment. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges. You warrant that the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

All trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, video, and audio are owned by Vendorised and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any material without our prior written consent.

We provide access to third-party tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or endorsement. We shall have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.

We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party websites. If you leave the Services to access these sites, you do so at your own risk.

Vendorised is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases you make are made directly with Vendorised. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Vendorised. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all related claims and liabilities.

All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.

If you submit any ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display such content for any purpose including commercial use.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

• For any unlawful, malicious, or fraudulent purpose.
• To infringe intellectual property rights of Vendorised or others.
• To harass, abuse, harm, defame, or intimidate any person.
• To transmit spam, false information, or unsolicited promotional material.
• To impersonate any person or entity.
• To upload viruses or malicious code.
• To use any automated tools, scrapers, bots, or AI agents to access the Services.
• To bypass or circumvent any security or authorisation features.

No automated Agent may access our Services unless it clearly identifies itself in all requests, does not mimic human behaviour, does not bypass CAPTCHAs, and does not circumvent any access control measures.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time without notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

The Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent provided by law, Vendorised and its partners, directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Vendorised and its affiliates from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vendorised. You may not transfer or assign this Agreement without our prior written consent. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Vendorised is headquartered.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
