  • Delivery timelines are 7–10 business days (India only).
  • We are not responsible for courier delays, lost/stolen packages, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

  • To be eligible for a return, proof of damage (photos/videos) must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

HOW EXPENSIVE IS THE SHIPPING COST?

At Vendorised, we’re not running a factory outlet or a dusty warehouse full of unsold stock. Every single order is prepared individually, specifically for you once it’s placed. That’s part of our brand promise: you get a piece that’s made fresh, not something that’s been sitting around waiting for months.

Because of this model, returns and refunds are naturally much harder to process. When we create a piece tailored for your order, it’s not possible for us to resell it or put it “back in stock” like big-box retailers. This is why our policy is strict but fair.

📦 Returns

  • All items are final sale once delivered.
  • We cannot accept returns for sizing issues, personal preference, or change of mind.
  • This approach ensures quality and hygiene for every customer.

  • Refunds are not issued for order cancellations, incorrect size selection, or courier delays.
  • Refunds are only considered in the rare case where an item arrives damaged or defective.
  • To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos/videos as proof. Claims after this window cannot be accepted.
